How to Request a Repair

This article will take you through requesting a repair from the Driver's login/delivery record.


Let's assume you are in the midst of making a delivery and you notice there is some damage to the building, either it was already there, or maybe it happened while loading/unloading the building during the delivery. Now you need to request a repair for this building.


Requesting a Repair:

  1. From your dashboard you are going to find the delivery you are working on
  2. Click the info button on the right hand side of the line
  3. On the top bar click the green button labeled Request Repair
  4. Start putting in details of the repair needed
    1. Take pictures of the damage
    2. Click the green Add button in the upper right corner under the green Submit button
    3. The documents screen will appear, click the add button in the upper right corner
      1. You can choose to take photos now by clicking on the camera icon or uploading images from your photo library
      2. Add a description for the photo you are uploading (the type is preset for you)
      3. Take or upload any other photos
      4. Before going back to the repair record, select one image that most clearly shows the damage and check the box in the bottom right corner (Primary Damage/Repair)
      5. Click the arrow in the top left corner to go back to complete the rest of the repair request
    4. Add a description of the damage found on the building (and how it happened, if you caused it)
  5. To complete the request, you can hit the Submit button in the upper right corner


NOTE: If the damage is severe enough to require the building to be returned to the Plant for repairs, you must contact the main office for approval. You may or may not be able to submit the repair request w/o this approval, so be sure to follow any error prompts/messages you receive after you hit submit.
