Contract Builder

Several fields have been added and removed from the Contract builder

Contracts

1. *New* A stock picture associated with each product in Product Builder (Building - Drag Image Here) shows on contracts for custom-built buildings. If it is an inventory or pre-owned building, it will include the current product photo
   
   
2. Notify Requestor button on Pickup Panel has been removed and is now part of the schedule process

Customers

1. NEW* Moves can be seen from the Customer's Overview Panel

Dealers

*New* Welfare Check tab has been added to the deliveries panel & "New Map" now shows various Pickup filters.

Employee Management

1. Preferences for employee management are updated for a more intuitive experience, particularly the subcategories for each set of settings
2. *NEW* Permission Toggle has been added for the ability to allow user the ability to create delivery records from the Product layout.

Products

1. *NEW* Dealers can request a Lot Building to be discounted
2. A protection has been added to check option quantities on quotes. This is checked against options quantities listed in the product builder to verify they are not set to zero. A contract cannot be processed if they do not match
3. Product requests can be denied even when required fields are missing on the request and some buggy behavior in this denial work flow process has been cleaned up.
4. Lot location does not auto-fill with same lot as dealer on approval of building request

Repairs

1. The driver's vendor record is linked if assigned, where you can click to access the vendor's delivery list easily
2. When setting repair location to the plant from the admin layout, system was not updating correctly - this issue was resolved.
3. Two separate scheduling buttons exist to choose to either "Repair" to schedule the repair or "Move" to move the building - to/from plant/customer/lot
4. Additional note fields added to the pickup process and some UI tweaks for a smoother user experience.

Reports

1. Welfare Checks have been removed from the Awaiting Deliveries Report 
2. *NEW* Welfare Check Reports for awaiting and completed checks
3. Awaiting Delivery Report has an added option to choose by delivery type

Settings

Preferences and Finance panels are updated for a more intuitive experience, particularly the subcategories for each panel in Preferences and Integrations

Vendors
