Contract Builder

1. *FIX* Driver name and contact information is now correctly pulled from the dealer setup into contracts based on the assigned delivery type, manufacturer, and dealer relationships. 
2. Field labels on page 4 of the lease contract have been updated: 

• Down Payment (Cash)changed  to Additional Paid
• Tax on Down Payment changed to Tax on Additional Paid
• Mileage/Expedite changed  to Prepaid/Mileage 

Dealer Management

User deactivation in Dealer and Employee Management is now controlled through toggling login status on/off (not the person's status of active/inactive). This action automatically updates the user’s account and lot status. The "Fully Deactivate" button, visible only to Admins, is your "nuclear" option to terminate access for the person and as it does so, it will pop up with a dialog displaying each stage of the deactivation status (for login and lots). 

Dealers

*FIX* On the Production panel in Dealers, the stage breakdown was working fine for companies with 4 or more steps in their production process, but failed for those with less than 4 steps. Buildings would either appear in multiple columns at once, or they would hang out in an "in between" stage, even after they were fully built and delivered. The portal filters have all been fixed so that buildings accurately move through the production process. Don't forget, you see the building in the column of the last stage that was COMPLETED (not in the column of what is happening to the building right now). 

Driver Scheduling

Large volumes of delivery records are now processed more efficiently on the Driver Scheduling page. Updates to the data loading process prevent errors and improves the speed of map marker rendering. 

Leases

When viewing a lease, the pickup button will be red if there is an open pickup on that product. 

Production

The 'Completed' button will only appear when the production item has a 'Processed Date' set. This ensures that the button does not show up unless build sheets have been printed and/or someone on the floor has indicated the building is ready to be built.

Products

The 'Take Payment' button has been removed from the delivery card at the product level. Payments can now only be processed through the designated payment areas. 

Quotes

When printing a quote, all three lease options display with the amount due today and future payment details. All amounts shown include tax. If a payment term is selected, it is highlighted in green. Delivery address is required before printing (otherwise, taxes can't be included on this sheet). 

Reports

1. *FIX* Hyperlinks in Options and Upgrades v2 report now open in a new window as expected. Previously, clicking a hyperlink would open it inside the report window with no way to exit. 
2. A "View" button has been added to the mobile deposit report, allowing users to view higher quality images on the 'Print Cover Sheet.' 

Templates

*FIX* Contract - Cancel template has been updated to correctly display the date sold and commission amounts. The commissions part stopped working when we started using split commissions, but will now show ALL dealer members of that split, per the initial contract.
