Contracts

Driver Scheduling

The Dispatcher Screen has been redesigned




Leases

  1. The reason a product was inaccessible to a driver has been moved to settings to allow client flexibility.  **You MUST set up inaccessible reasons in Settings as soon as possible. Sign up for the next Office Hours if you need help setting up preferences.
  2. Templates to be attached to the inaccessible reason in settings will be sent when a driver cannot complete a pick up **You MUST set up Templates in Send Grid and ShedVerse as soon as possible. If you need help with setting up preferences, sign up for the next Office Hours.


Production

  1. *NEW* QR codes are created for production in records in ShedVerse and will print on production sheets. The QR codes will take you directly to the inspection layout for that building.
  2. The Production Schedule has been completely reworked to include client flexibility for production timeline and commissions. This flows into the Production Queue.  **You MUST set up Production Timeline and commissions in Settings as soon as possible. Sign up for the next Office Hours if you need help setting up preferences.
  3. An existing product can be added to ShedVerse. The product will be created without a production or delivery record being created.


Products

  1. *FIX* Sales sheets match choices in preferences for available lease term options.
  2. Options from a building type can now be set to active or inactive from the product builder. This allows for the ability to disable obsolete options when creating a new product without affecting historical data in existing buildings.


Quotes

  1. *FIX* Print Quote updated to match available lease term options for each product.
  2. *NEW* Quote lost/cancel reason list has been moved to settings to allow client flexibility. **You MUST set up the options you want to have available in Settings. Sign up for the next Office Hours if you need help setting up preferences.


Repairs

  1. *NEW* Repair ticket can printed for each repair that includes notes, product information (size, style, color, options), damage photos, and the customer's contact information
  2. *NEW* Repair process for buildings being returned to the plant includes the ability for multiple delivery records, drivers, and a repair person


Reports

  1. *NEW* Report to show who created a Quote vs who was the Sales Rep for the Quote
  2. *UPDATE* Repo Report can be run by Dealer or Driver and allows for sorting by several other values. 
  3. Lot Display Reports both received a few updates: details on building location and options icons were added to both reports; lease terms were updated on the List report.
