Version 24.16 Updates

Components

1. *FIX* When a component is flagged as pre-paid and added to a quote, the amount is in both upgrades and pre-paid (double charging). If you remove that flag, it will remove it from prepaid, but not the upgrade. This is no longer functioning like this and works as expected
   
2. On the Edit Panel, you can choose to have a component show as 1 item instead of the quantity on reporting. A useful example would be when you want to add insulation to a building. The report will show that a insulation was purchased, but not the square footage of insulation needed for the building.
3. On the Edit Panel, you can choose to not have a component show on reporting - for instance, something like cinder blocks might be an option added to an order, but not want you want to see on the options report.

Dealers

1. *FIX* On the Dealer Inventory, the highlights have been fixed to be consistent. Colors showing buildings moved was inconsistent when lot location and dealer were the same on a building (which should NEVER happen.)
2. *FIX* On the Dealers, there were some discrepancies between the inventory list and the overview, this is now working and matches between the inventory list and the overview

Employee Management

Toggle permission to allow employee to override approved discount now ALSO includes ability to add a stacked discount to a quote even if file does not allow stacked discount. (See Settings item 1 for NEW stacked discount information)

Product Types / Product Builder / Products (and Settings!)

1. *NEW* There are new fields starting to show up for "web" in these modules. Please ignore them for now, we will release further details soon! (There are, also, new tables in Settings related to this as well....)
2. Join office hours to make changes to Styles prior to your next release -- Your system will break if this isn't done before the next release!!!!

Repairs

Scheduled, approved, and denied dates have been added to the Repairs List

Reports

1. The Report for Options and Upgrades can be run by individual dealer
2. *NEW* Report for Options and Upgrades has been revamped
3. Total Cost added to the Repair Report and a new Category of "Process Summaries" was created
4. Cash at Dealer will be added to a report to review after cash has been picked up. Once verified, the transaction will be added to the transaction report
5. The Sales by Invoice Report now includes the full Sales Total of the building in addition to the Invoice Total and Balance Due

Settings

1. Toggle to allow Dealers to accept additional payments on Contracts
2. Toggle added to allow stacked discounts to products
3. In Settings, Preferences Panel, Products Sub-panel, a new table has been created for customized Style Categories. You must create these and assign them to each existing style in Product Types ASAP.This is in preparation for website filtering, as well as another phase, where you will be able to have different sheeting types, roofing types, colors, etc by style. For now, this is just defining style groups
