Version 24.17 Updates

Products

1. When making edits to a product, Dealer and lot location cannot be the same.  If they are set to the same location, you will be receive a notification through a dialog box and the lot location will be cleared upon save
2. *NEW* Process to add photos to a product -- Use the Camera, NOT the paperclip going forward. This is optimized for collecting images for the website (coming soon!), as well as other images related to products for repair/damage, discount request, etc.

Quotes

1. *NEW* Searching customer's email or phone when entering a new Quote - this will reduce/eliminate the creation of duplicate customers in the system
2. *NEW* Override Mileage on a quote when necessary 

Repairs

1. Button to view repair photos on Left Panel
2. *FIX* When clicking done on a repair card, you are directed to the correct delivery card
3. Request and approval dates show on Left Panel of repair card
4. Warranty Void details show void status if warranty was void before warranty end date
   
5. *NEW* Flexibility in the repair billing types and what those work flows look like. This table is completed in Settings, then new workflows will happen based on your selections here. Please come to Office Hours to set this up and see how this works...there are a few steps you will need to follow before this will be ready to roll for you. Reports

1. *NEW* Mileage Override Report shows when mileage has been overridden
2. *NEW* Awaiting Move Report and Completed Move Report show Building Move information (not your regular Lot to Lot moves)

Service Log

1. *NEW* Module to track upcoming and completed Services for assets. Come to Office Hours to learn how this all works!

Settings

1. Warranty Void Options added to settings. Settings / Preferences / Deliveries
2. Mileage Reimbursement Toggle to set default to all users get IRS rate (systemwide rate) or each vendor/user has a custom rate Settings / Preferences / Misc
3. Asset Types have now been predefined (if you need something more, let us know!), and the subtypes have been opened up for you to add/remove as desired. On the Asset, the Type must be selected first and the subtype options will be based on what's available for that type. Settings / Preferences / Misc
4. Service Types are fully definable by you - add/remove as needed! Settings / Preferences / Misc

Vendors

1. *NEW* Vendor Pay Types - these will pull in via Repair process, but this can be used for other items in the future. Just click the Green button to create/refresh the list. This allows different vendors to be paid or reimbursed at different rates.
2. *NEW* Repair Commissions added to Vendors (Preferences Panel) - Only visible if the Vendor is marked as "Performs Repairs"
