Contract Builder

New Features

1. Add Page will auto add to the same contract type you have selected.
2. Duplicate Page will duplicate EVERYTHING, including the data fields selected on the right - system while confirm if you are duplicating for the same contract type, or another type.
3. Preview Sample will ask for a quote # and you can see your contract template using the data from that quote. This will make your contract creation/testing process much easier!
4. A few new template pages added, including options to edit the logo - selecting something from ShedVerse or your own computer.

Deliveries

NEW - When a Delivery is marked as "inaccessible," it will now require you to give a reason. Clients will create their own "reasons" in settings and can indicate for each reason whether or not it is a reason to make another attempt.

**You MUST set up Inaccessible reasons in Settings as soon as possible, or your drivers will be unable to complete an Inaccessible delivery. If you need help with setting up preferences, sign up for the next Office Hours.    

Lot Inventory & Lot Visits

The general logic for when a building is added/removed from a lot's inventory and/or Lot Visit list has been modified. The new new options show buildings soon leaving the lot in grey and buildings soon to arrive at the lot in yellow. 

The Scenarios below provide the best explanation:

The VISIT only cares about what is there right now (not what's coming), b/c you can't inspect something that isn't there. 

• Scenario 1: building would show on Lot A, but not Lot B (b/c hasn't arrived yet)
• Scenario 2: building would show on Lot A, but be labeled as SOLD (it's there and can be inspected, but it's getting ready to leave)
• Scenario 3: building would not show on Lot B (b/c it isn't there to be inspected yet)

The Inventory List (the sheet that the dealer can sell off of) is the one that was updated. 

• Scenario 1: building would show on Lot A AND on Lot B (because either one of them can sell it)
• Scenario 2: building would not show on Lot A, b/c it's no longer able to be sold
• Scenario 3: building would show on Lot B, b/c it can be sold before it arrives

Quotes

1. The Add on the commission split table was only visible to those with "Admin" access before, but is now visible to those with "Processing" permission too. The "Processing" toggle is in Employee Management, Preferences.
2. The Commission Split records were being created when starting the quote from the dealer page, but not when started from the price list or inventory list. This has been resolved.

Repairs

1. The "Scheduling" section of the repair layout was given an upgrade. You can now see a full Delivery Portal (just like in Contracts) show all records that relate to this repair - including the original delivery record where the driver indicated s/he caused damage during delivery, the repair trips, as well as the move of the building between it's location and the plant (when needed). 
2. When scheduling, the Move is only available if the building is to be returned to the plant for repairs. The Repair will auto create the delivery record and assign it to the Repair Contractor.
3. Updated the left panel with links so that the user can easily go to the repair contractor's record, dealer's record, and customer's record 
4. 4. NEW - Printable Repair Ticket - that can be emailed or printed for the repairman (in case s/he does not have an iPad) and includes notes, product information, repair information (damage notes/photos), as well as contact info for individuals involved and a place for the customer signature

Reports

1. UPDATED - Completed Repo Report has options to select for the driver or dealer
2. UPDATED - Buildings to Finished Goods was no longer displaying selections for both manufacturer and plant - this was resolved. Some additional changes made to this report code for optimization.

Settings

UPDATED - Contract types are no longer hardcoded and preset. The original 6 are hardcoded and cannot be edited or deleted from the system. However, individual clients can add more types, as needed. In the image below, "Test" is a client created type - it can be edited/deleted (bottom right of image) and will automatically show up in the value list under the Payment Options above it (and in the Contract Types in Contract Builder)
