Building Moves

*NEW* An inaccessible option/Incomplete Delivery has been added for moves. When the driver marks the building as inaccessible, it will be treated the same as other inaccessible deliveries - either creating a new delivery or not, based on why the building was inaccessible

Contract Builder

The Driver information is now a dynamic field, allowing clients to choose whether or not they wish to display the driver name/details on the contract. This will require you to update the contract builder to add this information in! Recommended to attend office hours, if you don't know where/how to edit your contract to make this change.

Dealers

The quotes list on the Dealers record now displays the product name (building size and model code). This will help differentiate between multiple quotes for the same customer

Deliveries

*NEW* A driver is now required to add notes and at least one photo for all welfare checks, repos, and pickups. This ensures proper documentation and compliance.

Driver Scheduling

Driver notes added during a move are now visible on the driver scheduling card. This ensures dispatchers can view relevant information before a delivery is completed. This field is not editable by the dispatcher, as its sole purpose is to display notes a driver has entered.

Products

*FIX* Customer information (for the last purchase) is removed after a repo to prevent it from appearing during subsequent repairs on the same building.

Repo/Pickup/Welfare Checks

The monthly payment amount has been added to the pickup card. There are two fields, one that displays the full payment amount and one that excludes taxes.

Settings

*NEW* New Driver Commissions Module has the first stage release! In this first stage, you will find numerous new tables in Settings that will need to be completed, based on how you want (or don't want) your drivers to receive commission. Setup must be completed before the Stage 2 release, or your drivers will cease to have any commissions calculated. REQUIRED, please attend office hours to learn how to use the new setup.

Products

*NEW* You can now view the photos submitted by the driver at the time of delivery directly from the delivery card in the product.
