Version 25.12 Updates

Dealers

When performing a dealer audit, you can now see buildings that have an open repair record. The repair button will appear in red and display the repair number. Clicking on the repair number will open a popover showing the repair details. 

Driver Scheduling

1.*NEW* We have added a new Merge Deliveries option. If you have a split delivery that you would like to combine into a single delivery, simply choose Merge Deliveries either from the driver's delivery card at the contract level or within the Driver Scheduling screen. 

2.*BUG* A bug was identified that allowed a driver to be changed after a delivery had already been completed. This issue has now been fixed, and drivers or dispatchers can no longer be changed once a delivery record is marked as completed. 

Employee Management

The Email Signature setting has been moved from the Preferences Panel to the Overview Panel. The Accounting button, located to the right of the Email Signature, now allows you to pay employees through QuickBooks, just like in Dealer Management. The setup process remains the same.

Production

*FIX* In the Production Record, the Delivery tab will now display the assigned Driver. Previously, the driver’s name was not shown on this delivery. 

Products

A small change has been made in the Sales tab of a Product. You will now see Sold Date, Contract #, Lease #, Quote #.  

Reports

Quotes Created by Report: Some updates have been made to the Quotes Created by report. You can now run the report for specific users, allowing for more targeted insights. Additionally, a correction has been made to ensure the sale amount displayed in the report matches the amount used to calculate commission. This change ensures greater accuracy in reporting and commission tracking.

Driver Commission - Unpaid: You can now run a Dispatcher Commission Report within the Driver Commission - Unpaid report. This feature was added with the recent update that enables dispatcher commission payments.

Sales: We have made a few small upgrades to the Sales Report to improve navigation. You can now go directly to the contract, customer, dealer or product through the new hyperlinked links within the report. In addition, the report can now be sorted by all columns, making it easier to organize and analyze the information. 

Inaccessible Deliveries: We’ve made several upgrades to the inaccessible report to improve its functionality and clarity. The updated version now tracks the delivery process from the first inaccessible attempt through to the completion of the final delivery. This provides a more comprehensive view of the entire delivery journey. Additionally, a legend has been included in the report to help users better understand the symbols used throughout.
