Contracts

1. When canceling a contract that has a completed delivery, you will now be required to provide a reason for the cancellation and select the lot where the building should be returned. Once submitted, a new Customer-to-Lot delivery will automatically be created. It is highly recommended you join Office Hours to learn more.

2.  You can now view a picture of the product directly from the Contract Layout screen. 

Leads

Leads can now be assigned directly to a specific dealer. When a lead is assigned, the dealer will receive an email notification and will be able to view it in their Leads List. Dealers can then review and manage their assigned leads from that list. A red exclamation point will appear on quotes originating from the website, and related notes will be visible in the Notes section of the quote.  

Reports

1. Awaiting Repo Report: A fix has been applied to the Awaiting Remove Report in Report Preferences that allows you to default your search to include unknown manufacturers. This update makes it easier to capture all relevant records without having to adjust the filter each time.

2. Awaiting Delivery Report: The Delivery Location has been added to the report and now appears in the column directly under the Starting Location.

2. Vendor Bills-Unpaid: We’ve updated the Vendor Bills Unpaid Report to include a new Omit feature. This works the same way as the omit option in the other unpaid commission reports. If there’s a specific line item you don’t need to mark for payment, simply click Omit to temporarily remove it from view. When you rerun the report, the omitted line will automatically reappear. 

General

Drivers can now view both Request Notes and Driver Notes on pickup deliveries. Admins and dispatchers have access to all three note types — Driver Notes, Request Notes, and Office Notes.
