Contracts

*NEW*

New Workflow Available: "Return to Customer"

We’re excited to announce the launch of a new workflow: Return to Customer. If you have completed a repossession or voluntary pickup, you now have the option to process a return of the product back to the customer. This new feature adds flexibility to your workflow and ensures smoother handling of returned property. This process will be handled through the Pickup Portal, in the same way repos, pickups, and welfare checks are currently managed. We strongly encourage everyone to attend Office Hours to learn more about how to use this new functionality effectively.

Deliveries

*CHANGE*

Workflow for Deliveries on Hold.

Some changes have been made to delivery holds. You now have the ability to set an expiration date on a delivery hold, which means the system will automatically release the hold on the selected date without requiring manual intervention. In addition, you can now view the full history and any notes associated with a delivery hold, providing better visibility and context for past actions. For more information, we encourage you to attend Office Hours or reach out with any questions.

Products

*NEW*

New Workflow Available: "Place Building On Hold"

You can now place an available building on hold, if you need to make sure that no one attempts to sell for a period of time. Hold reasons can range from repair needs to building being borrowed for events to whatever you need. While the building is on hold, it will still display on the dealer's lot as being available, but it will have a highlight indicating it's "on hold" and the system will not allow you to add that building to a quote. The new workflow include a table of hold history showing example when and why it was placed on hold over time and is accompanied by a report (shown below). We strongly encourage everyone to attend Office Hours to learn more about how to use this new functionality effectively.

Reports

1. *NEW*

  • Buildings on Hold

There is a new report that provides visibility into buildings currently on hold. This report includes key details such as the product number, dealer, the staff member who placed the building on hold, and the hold start date. To enhance usability, the report is fully sortable by each of these fields.

2. *FIX*

  • Awaiting Moves

A bug affecting the Awaiting Moves report has been fixed, allowing the report to run as intended. This correction ensures that users can generate the report without issues and access accurate, up-to-date information on pending moves.

3. *CHANGE*

  • Awaiting Repo

The Awaiting Repo Report is now interactive. When viewing the report, you can see office notes, driver notes, scheduled notes, and customer delivery notes—all in one place. Additionally, office notes can now be edited directly within the report, and any changes made will automatically update the office note section in the Pickup tab on the contract.

  • Awaiting Delivery

The Awaiting Delivery Report is now interactive. When viewing the report, you can see driver notes, scheduled notes, and customer delivery notes—all in one place. Additionally, scheduled notes can now be edited directly within the report, and any changes made will automatically update the scheduled notes in the delivery details card.

General

You can now view the date a delivery was marked as "Inaccessible" by simply hovering over the word "Inaccessible" on a delivery record in Contracts or Products. When you hover, the completion date for that inaccessible delivery will be displayed, giving you quick access to the attempted delivery date.
