New Features

Dealers

1. New Toggle on Preference Panel to auto split Plant to Customer delivery records into Plant to Lot and Lot to Customer delivery records. The toggle must be turned on for each lot where delivery records need to be split.
   
2. Dealers has a fresh redesign and branding to match the new ShedVerse design

Dealer Inventory

1. A lot can add new photos of a building in their inventory
2. Dealer Visit Inventory - Buildings that are on the lot, but not yet delivered to the customer, will show on the inventory list. These buildings show as gray at the bottom of the list and be labeled "Building Sold"

    Deliveries

1. Option to add delivery to the closest lot (not necessarily the lot that the product was sold at) prior to final delivery
2. On Delivery Driver Calendar Detail Card - Notes now visible to drivers, as well as main office.
3. The Move Liability Waiver now shows on the Driver Login on the Delivery record

Driver Login

The Drivers Login in now auto-refreshes every 30 minutes and each time a delivery is completed. Changes made by dispatcher while a driver is logged in will now update much faster!

General

1. Error Dialog Modification - When creating a token for a credit card, a custom message will display if the expiration year is in the incorrect format.
2. Addresses now autofill as you type based on Google algorithm. This was started on Customer Addresses on Quotes and has pushed throughout the system. **You must first update your Google Workspace Account in order for this to work. This is done by the Google Workspace Owner - Video Instructions Here **

Leases

Invoice Due Date - Modified lease payment scripts and parameters to set due date based on payment book due date. All other invoices set to current date. Invoice create script updated to test for due date past and update if value is set.

Products

1. Updated icons (Insulation, Dormer, etc.) to update when saving the Product and on Quote creation of new products.
2. You can now change the date shipped on the product and it will change on the current Contract and Lease as well

Quotes

During Processing Approval, if the dealer lot is set to split delivery records, you will get a confirmation message box. Please note that while these records are splitting correctly, we noticed a commission and mileage issue with them that we are still addressing.

Reports

1. New Repair Report - Run report by Open status (date searched is the requested date) or Closed status (date searched is the completed date). This report includes hyperlinks on the Repair # and Product #.
2. Buildings Repo'd and Buildings Repo'd by Dealer - These reports have been merged into a single report called Buildings Repo'd. At first glance it looks like the "by dealer" version, but if you choose "No" dealer selections, you get the same thing as the Buildings Repo'd was before. There is a sort update at the top of the report too - rearrange the data by selecting an option from that drop down in the very top green bar. Also, grand totals, when run by dealer are now calculating correctly.
3. Flex Money Added and Flex Money Applied Reports are up ready for use. These are lease reports.
4. Deliveries Report has been renamed Awaiting Deliveries - you can run by a single driver name for now, but will soon have new added flexibility too!
5. New Deliveries Completed Report - This one is still undergoing some final revisions, so may not be visible until the next migration.

WebViewers changed to standard portals and performance vastly improved.
