IMPORTANT: ACTION REQUIRED BEFORE NEXT RELEASE
We will be introducing a new category-based navigation system to improve menu organization. However, this change will temporarily break navigation until categories are assigned to each menu item in Settings. Before the next release, go to Settings > Menu Access and assign a category to each layout. Failure to do this will result in an empty navigation menu. This update is in preparation for the new navigation system coming in the next release. You can check the latest release notes for details on how the new navigation will look and function.
Building Moves
Once a building has a scheduled move, the Schedule Move button will be grayed out to prevent additional delivery records from being created for the same move. If another move needs to be added, you will be prompted to confirm the action shown below. This serves as a warning that you probably DON'T need another, but allows for the unusual case where you MIGHT need another delivery rec
Customers
The repair icon on customer layouts has been updated to match the icon used consistently elsewhere in the system. You should no longer see he guy in a hard hat to indicate repairs.
Dealers
*NEW* From the Inventory List, dealers can now add and view product photos from the three-dot menu on the far right
Employee Management
*NEW* The Allow Deletion of Products toggle has been added under the Products tab in Employee Management. This update restricts product deletions, allowing only SCG or admins in the client file to delete products, ensuring better control over product records. Additionally, the delete button on Products will now check to make sure the building isn't already built (or started to be built) - it will deny deletion EVEN IF THIS TOGGLE IS ON if this is the case. The rules in place here for deletion are the same rules previously in place when cancelling a contract.
Leads
- *NEW* Lead Notifications can now be set up so that specific employees are alerted whenever a potential customer submits a credit application that creates a new lead in ShedVerse
- A new field has been added to the Credit Application Form lead where users can enter the lot and/or sales rep they have interacted with on the credit application. This information will appear in the Qualification Details section of the lead in ShedVerse to aid administrative staff in matching the Lead/application to the correct lot.
Pickups
*FIX* The notifications for Pickup/Repo Completed Notifications were not sending to Welfare Checks too - this has now been resolved.
Products
*FIX* When transferring a building from one lot to another, the system was creating the delivery record "from" address to the lot the building was assigned to instead of the lot it was currently on. This issue has now been resolved.
Reports
*FIX* Customer name has been updated on the Building Move reports to pull from the Move record (rather than look at the previous contract record. This now how ALL records showing data, instead of only some.
