This article will take you through an overview of the Inspector layout and the different things that you have available from here.

Overview of the Inspector Login:

  1. Each time you log into ShedVerse you will land on Production Details
    1. Production Details - Provides an overview of what has or needs to be built
  2. You have an additional tab which is Production Dates
    1. Production Dates - Provides a quick overview of where buildings are in the production line
  3. You have two filter options, Plant, and Buildings Not Printed and Buildings Printed Not Final Inspected
    1. Buildings Not Printed - Building packets have not been printed and sent to the production line
    2. Buildings Printed Not Final Inspected - Buildings have been started, but not inspected completely
  4. To look at a production record in more detail, you can search for the building using the magnifying glass or filter and manually search for the building, and click the arrow next next to the building number.
    1. On the left, you will see customer or lot information, the colors, size, and style of the building, and production dates
    2. Under Options, you will see what options have been added to this building
    3. Under Resources, this is where you inspect the building. As you inspect, commission records will be created
    4. Under the Product Details tab, you will be taken to a screen that shows build notes and build diagrams
    5. If you click the edit pencil at the top, you can change the colors and sheeting type of the building (Example: The painter painted a lot building gray instead of red)
    6. In the top left corner, the print button allows you to print off build sheets (Example: The frame sheet from the build packet was lost and needs to be replaced)
    7. In the top left corner, the photo button allows you to take a Final Inspection photo which sends the product to the Buildings to Finished Goods report, and is now available for delivery
