This article will take you through inspecting a building during production from the Inspector login

Inspecting a Building:

  1. Go to Production Queue and find the building you want to Inspect - You can search for the building using the magnifying glass, or by using the filters in the top-right
  2. Select the building by clicking the arrow to the left of the building number
  3. Under Resources, if not already selection, you may have to select contractors/employees from the Name dropdown
  4. Click Completed under Date Complete - This will add a completed date
  5. Click the Camera/Photo button (This step is not required, but recommended) - This will allow you to take a photo of the current state of the building process
  6. Click Inspected under Date Inspected - This will create a commission record that you can see and process in the "Production Commissions - Unpaid" report.
  7. Once every line has been Completed and Inspected, it is ready to be Final Inspected. Click the Camera/Photo button in the top-left corner
    • If you are on a desktop/laptop, you will have the option to upload a photo
    • If you are on an iPad, you will have the option to choose a photo from your library or take a new photo

NOTE:

  • Once the Final Inspection photo is uploaded, a date will be added with the name of the person who inspected the building
  • Depending on what options your administrator has enabled, the customer can be notified and may receive the image(s) taken at each step of this process.
  • The building will now show on the Buildings to Finished Goods report
  • If the building has a delivery record, it will become available to the driver for delivery
