How to Find and Install Software

Desktop / Laptop

1. Login to Scarpettagroup.teamwork.com

(See Beth Murillo for access to TeamWork, if you have not already received your login details)

2. Go to My Projects

3. Go to the Shedverse project you see (will say ShedVerse and either your company name or abbreviation)

4. Go to Files

5. Download the correct version (dmg for Mac, exe for Windows)

6. Download the license certificate

7. After the dmg or exe file downloads, open the file (ie run the installation)

8. During the installation:

a. Say yes to any software the installation says you need

b. If it doesn't already connect the license certificate, show it where on your computer it was downloaded

c. Use the Complete installation option

9. When installation complete, follow steps to access your ShedVerse file (here)

REQUIRED:

You MUST exclude FileMaker folders Applications when using virus software. If you need help with this item, you will need to chat with your internal IT team.
