Version 24.1 Updates

New Features

Contract Builder

1. Various UI tweaks and cleanup items including additional fields added.
2. Product Summary template now allows for a variable company logo
3. Add Page button now assumes the contract type is the type you are currently viewing.
4. Duplicate Page button will ask for which contract type the duplicate to be assigned.
5. NEW Add Page button will now pop a card where you can view all of the template options before selecting the type desired.
6. NEW Preview button allows you to view your contract with a quote # of your choice, so that you don't have to leave the module to test your changes.
7. NEW Templates have been added. Including one for Lease Terms/Signatures - you will need to switch to using this one for your lease contracts ASAP!

Deliveries

1. Lot to Lot Deliveries have been added into the commission structure
2. Buildings with lot to lot moves will be available on BOTH the current lot inventory and the lot inventory for where they are going. Both lots will be able to sell the building.

General

Error Dialog Modification - When vendor and customer have the same name, QB will push an error and let you know that you need a unique name before trying again.

Production

Verbiage update - "Built" has been updated to "framed" throughout Production and other parts of ShedVerse. This change will populate through the system over time. Existing records that us the term "built" will stay that way, but going forward it will be referred to as "framed." This will impact commissions, so you will likely see both terms for a few weeks.

Products

The workflow for lot buildings that are requested but sold before being built/delivered has been adjusted to reassign drivers based on the sale.

Settings

STATES - Card window has been updated in preparation for new features coming soon!

Reports

1. Dealer Commission Reports have been renamed to Sales Commissions. There are options to run the report by Dealers or Sales Manager (and frequency).
2. Projected Payout Report has a few new summary fields added.
3. Awaiting Delivery Report has the option to run by no driver details, all driver details, or select which drivers you want to see (no driver and all driver details will always include unassigned deliveries, but the selected option allows you to include or exclude unassigned). Additionally, the summary data at the top of the report has been updated.
4. Completed Delivery Report has the option to run by Dealer or Driver details w/ the variety you've seen in other reports (no detail, all detail, or selected dealers/drivers). Summary data at the top of these reports have been updated too.

Deliveries

Lot to Lot Deliveries no longer creates a negative commission record

Products

1. Location field was getting closed if a delivery record was deleted - this has been resolved.
2. Details on a Repair Delivery record were loading the wrong record - this has been resolved.

Vendors

On Driver's Delivery panel, the was a calculation error on on the Repo count, which has been resolved.
