Customers

*NEW*  Repairs can be viewed from the Customers Layout

 

Dealers

The Dealer overview has been reworked and new information has been added - Overview panel is now Stats only. The left panel contains the contacts and drivers portals and the notes and activities have been moved to the Interactions Panel. 



Invoices

   *NEW*  A process has been added to cancel or delete non-quote/contact sales on a customer invoice


Products

  1. When a repair is created, the repair status will show on the left panel of the product overview with a wrench icon. This also appears on the dealer's inventory list and the products list


Quotes

  1. Dealers can view the denial reason from quotes
  2. All states have been added to choose for the mailing address
  3. Co-buyer information is now included on the left panel and in the customer quick-add card. New field here for co-buyer email address too.
  4. Co-buyer can be searched as well as initial customer
  5. While this option is not "new," its usefulness has been "reimagined." When adding an older building with an option that does not exist in your file, you can add that option using this custom feature. As long as the word "custom" is somewhere in the description, you are able to edit the price, as needed. 


Reports

  1. Applied Approved Discount - A few minor tweaks to this report - a few irrelevant fields removed and the product name and condition were added.
  2. *NEW* Pickup Details Report has been added
  3. *NEW* Lost Quotes Report has been added
  4. Repair Reports - New Report Category of "Repairs" that includes:
    • Awaiting Repair  - this report is based off of the Delivery record and is for managing repair assignments (driver and date).
    • Completed Repairs - this report is, also, based off of the Delivery record and is for viewing what repairs were completed in the selected time period
    • Repair Details  - This report will show all of the repair details in the selected time period, including: Requests, Approvals/Denials, Scheduling, Completed, Ready to Pay, and Closed repair details.


Templates

  1. A field has been added to show all product information in a single field (Product Description) which includes the name, number, product type, style, size, sheeting/trim type & colors, roofing type & color, etc., thus making it easer to add lots of detail to a template very quickly.
  2. A PDF of the sales sheet has been added to the lot requests template
