Contracts
When a building has been repo'd, it is more clearly visible from the Contract Portal on the Dealer and Customer screens and you can no longer schedule a repair or move off of that contract record (since that is connected to that customer).
Dealer
*NEW* On the Dealer Dashboard, sales data has an upgrade. You can now see Invoice Sales and Total Sales, in addition to the existing Contract Sales stats.
Pickups
- Request Denied and Pickup Cancelled now require you to fill in a reason. All dates related to each pickup record (w/ the person responsible) have been moved into a new right panel.
- *NEW* Trip Charge / Cancelation Fee can be added to a Pickup - system calculates for you the "Amount to Cancel" by adding the "Current Amount Due" to the "Trip Charge," but you have override ability to set this field to amount desired as well.
General
You can now find a Customer by entering their Contract # in the top search box, in addition to everything else you are used to searching there too.
Product Types / Product Builder / Products (and Settings!)
*NEW* There are new fields starting to show up for "web" in these modules. Please ignore them for now, we will release further details soon! (There are, also, new tables in Settings related to this as well....)
Reports
- The Payment Pickup reports have been refined for consistency and imitates how unpaid commissions flow
- Applied Approved Discounts Report has the ability to be run by new, pre-owned, or both. Additionally, various new sort options were added to the report.
