Setting up Inaccessible Delivery Reasons for Drivers

  1. Go to the Naviation Menu
  2. Click Settings
  3. Choose Preferences on the top bar
  4. Click List Options 2
  5. The Inaccessible Reasons panel gives you flexibility to add, edit, or remove reasons the driver is not able to access a product
    1. Click the Add button on the panel for Inaccessible Reasons to add a new reason to show on the drop down for reasons a building may not be accessible
    2. Mark whether the reason will allow a new attempt to be made
      • Examples: In the case of a missing building, there's no reason to send somebody out to try and pick up the building again and in the case of muddy roads, you will want to attempt to delivery the building again.
    3. Choose whether or not you want a picture to be required when the driver marks the record as being inaccessible for the reason
  6. These reasons will now show for the drivers to choose on the delivery record
