Contracts

*FIX* An issue where prepaid charges in contracts were not being handled correctly has been updated to  ensure that prepaid amounts are properly applied, preventing miscalculations contract billing

General

1. *NEW* We've introduced categories to the navigation, making it easier access layouts. Previously, layouts were listed without categorization, but now you can assign each layout to a category in Settings > Menu Access for better organization. If additional categories are needed, let us know, and we’ll add them. You can also control visibility of the categories by clicking the blue button in Menu Access. 
   
   
2. New menu categories will temporarily break navigation until categories are assigned to each menu item in Settings. You are able to change what modules are assigned to each Category. By default, all categories are visible to all staff, regardless of whether or not they have access to a module in that category. You can change this by click on the blue icon to the right of the red circle in the image below.

Quotes

The same quantity verification that exists on Quote Processing / Approve Script, is now applied to the Submit step as well. If any option on a quote has a quantity that falls outside of the component's min/max requirement, you will get an error and cannot proceed with submitting the quote for processing. 

Production

1. UPDATED Print Menu
   
   • *FIX* When choosing print, it will now pop up as a PDF.
   • *NEW* You now have the option to process a production record without printing. If you do not want to print build sheets just choose process.
   • *NEW* You can now choose "Process and Print All" on a production record and it will pop up in a PDF view for easy printing/saving. 
2. *NEW* When completing the final inspection you can now add photos to the production record
   • Added Safeguards to prevent production steps from being completed before the necessary build sheets are printed and processed. Now, if the build sheets haven’t been handled, an message will appear, ensuring that all required documents are in place before moving forward

Repairs

1. Repair numbers in approval, completion, and denial emails are now clickable, making it easier to access a repair details directly from the email
2. Product numbers in the Delivery-Inaccessible-Reattempt and Delivery-Inaccessible-DO NOT Reattempt emails are now clickable
